Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process and an additional 3-7 days for shipping.

You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.  Due to privacy concerns, Shop Minimal Mya cannot reach out to USPS on behalf of the customer. USPS will allow you to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return your parcel to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received by us - you will be issued with a credit for the value of the products purchased only.
